The dolls are poseable.  The Corpus can be taken down from the cross.

The pattern I used was "The Nativity" and then I designed a few of the outfits and the tomb/carrying case.

The figures are not difficult, once you have made the first one.  But they take time as there is a fair amount of handwork to do.
